We are no longer representing ASP. We are creating a superior new pool service franchise named Pool Services Network, Inc. (PSN), and are scheduled to be selling franchises in the fall of 2012. We will provide more information in this column, including a 'product differenation' report comparing ASP and PSN.

As members of the Franchise Alliance broker network, we represent 450 franchisors in addition to ASP. While we are not promoting them nor acting as 'consultants', if you do your own research and decide to buy one of them, we may be able to reimburse part of your franchise fee.

Before we can promise anything, we must contract the franchisor(s) and confirm that they will honor us as your representative. This generally means that you have not been registered with them by another broker, nor contacted them directly regarding a franchise.

Once the franchisor recognizes you as our client, we will provide you with cost information, including the amount we will reimburse to you upon receipt of our commission.
